30 Day guarantee
All artwork purchases are covered under our 100% “Take 30 Days To Decide” guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a credit or exchange it for up to 30 days from date of purchase. Some limitations apply. See Returns section below.

Lifetime Fade-free Warranty
A O Tucker’s work is exclusively printed using fade-free fine art archival papers and ink. All artwork printed by A O Tucker comes with our Fade Free Warranty designed to protect your investment. If your artwork was to fade we will replace it at no charge for as long as you own it. No questions asked, just return the artwork to us and we will ship you a new piece right away. Posters are excluded from this warranty. See Returns section below.

Returns
Returns require a ROA number. The artwork must be in the original frame and/or mat when we receive it. If returning for a credit or exchange, the artwork must be in a like-new condition.

Authenticity

Seal Of Authenticity
Each photographic piece of artwork carries the unique A O Tucker Seal of Authenticity label on the back of your artwork. The presence of this label guarantees that you own an original A O Tucker Fine Art Photograph. Our Lifetime fade free warranty is honored on all artwork printed by A O Tucker. See above for details.

Hand-Signed
All of A O Tucker’s photographs are signed on the print. This allows the print to be re-matted and still have the A O Tucker signature on the print. A O Tucker signs his prints using an archival pen which does not fade nor damage the print. Please note posters maybe excluded.
